SUPERSTARS … that’s how I would sum up my car buying experience with Zach and Patrick at Lava motors 2. First of all, Zach the owner and Patrick were both very kind, friendly and down to earth type of guys. Usually, the paperwork of a car buying experience simply put is horrendous. You won’t find that here, the paperwork of your vehicle here goes seamless, quick as well as painless. I'm from out of state and I was looking for a used Subaru Outback that was in great condition. Lava 2 motors in Connecticut had the car that I was in search of. I live in Pennsylvania, and I looked all around my area. All the cars in my area were well over 130 to 140,000 miles and just seemed beat up. Zack and Patrick had the car I was looking for which had 100,000 miles, one owner, clean car,clean Carfax, clean title, and no accidents. Their place of business was very cozy with a fireplace, nice furniture, clean, very comfortable atmosphere and both Zach and Patrick could not have been more hospitable. Most car dealerships are filled with a bunch of shysters, scam artists and cars which I feel are subpar. You will not find this here at lava motors 2, Their kindness, honesty and sincerity go to a whole new level that I was not used too. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Even after I drove back home (4 hour trip to PA.) I did notice a few things on the vehicle a few days after getting home, such as a passenger side lock switch was broken, and the blower motor started to squeal. I called up Zach and told him about the situation and immediately he told me he would rectify the situation. Within a week’s time I received a box with the parts in it. He said his main goal was to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I’m telling you…. these guys are the best! It’s now been about 2 months and the car runs amazing. If you're looking to purchase a good vehicle for a good price and from a dealership that Drives their business with honesty, integrity, superior customer service and simply to make their customers HAPPY… than this is the place to go… LAVA motors 2. I will most definitely take the 4-hour trip back to Connecticut and get my next vehicle from Zach and Patrick. Thank you, guys, for the very best car buying experience.

Fabulous Service
Just bought a car from Patrick at Lava Motors 2. I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. They have one of the best inventories that I’ve seen throughout my search. As soon as I found the car I wanted Patrick made every step of the process very very easy. When I picked up my car it was absolutely like driving a brand new car off the lot. I will definitely be back to lava motors to to buy another car for my wife very soon and I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs.

AWSOME EXPERIENCE AGAIN
Came back to Lava Motors Two to check on trucks they had, but at no surprise they were sold, but afer talking with Patrick Obrian he passed the word to Zak, and he called me and asked what was I looking for because I couldn't find a Ford truck even though I live near the Auction and about twenty Used Car dealers. He said give him a week and he did ! He found us an awsome Ford F-150 ! Very clean inside and out! Zak has an eye for cars and trucks, this is our second purchase, No hassle, friendly service and I will be back for sure for my next car. Zak is an honest guy and will help you find your vehicle!

Hi I was recently looking for a car for work my search took me to lava motors . When I called inquiring about a Honda Ridgeline Patrick in sales answered the phone and was able to answer all my questions, even though the car I wanted was sold he informed me of newer vehicle and less miles. I was happy to here the good news and he sent me photos immediately so I could see it . I was vey happy to have felt with Patrick because he called me back when he said he would and stuck to his word . It’s nice to deal with someone who calls you back when they say they will and listens to your needs for a vehicle . After meeting Patrick in sales I was then introduced to the owner zack And the other Patrick In sales they were kind polite, courteous and very helpful . The team made it fast easy and a great experience. Thank You very much to Patrick in sales for all your help and Zack and Patrick to get easy financing and stress free purchase.

Jeep
I can't express how fortunate we feel to have stumbled on Lava Motors 2. We were looking to buy a Jeep but knew our timing was a bit off. Jeeps were super hard to come by and other dealers were jacking up the price due to demand. We found a Jeep at Lava Motors 2 online. The price was fair and it had everything that we wanted. After driving it and meeting with Zack and Patrick, we felt super comfortable with the purchase. Fast forward 3 months later, we are so happy that we bought our Jeep from these guys. They took care of us and these guys are the real deal. Totally trustworthy, fair and truly good guys. Do not hesitate to buy a car here. They will take great care of you!

Patrick and Zach were exceptional! I drove 4 hours to Lava 2 for a car I found on CarFax. They put me up in a hotel, so I didn’t have to drive back at night in the rain. Patrick was extremely patient and resolved any issue I had with the car. Zach was honest when my bank overpaid the transaction, which I didn’t know until he alerted me. He promptly returned my money without a problem. Not all dealers would do that. Don’t hesitate to buy a car from them. They’re honest and will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

A great experience
My experience at Lava Motors 2 was great! Although I live about an hour and ten minutes away it was worth the trip. I worked with Patrick when I was there, a great salesman! I found a car I absolutely love for a really great price. The car was perfectly clean when I was ready to take it home and even had some fresh tires. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out, they were amazing!!

Car Buying Made Easy
After finding the car I was looking for, I called Lava 2 Motors and spoke to Patrick. He was very pleasant to work with. After taking the car for a test drive, I told Patrick I would like to have my mechanic look it over before I purchased it. Even though my mechanic was an hour away, Patrick did not hesitate and told me whatever issues were discovered, he would have them fixed. The day I purchased the car, the financing process was extremely easy. Although the dealership was an hour away from my house, it was well worth the drive for the purchase. Patrick was very personable , honest and very pleasant to work with. He also took additional monies off the car because I am a Veteran. If you are looking for a used car, do not hesitate to go and see Patrick!!!

amazing experience
I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Buying a car is usually a stressful process but that does not exist when you are working with Lava. Patrick was amazing and very knowledgeable when helping me choose the right vehicle. He listened to exactly what I was looking for in a car and not only gave me one but numerous options from their quality choices on the lot. After Patrick helped me with choosing my car I worked with the other Patrick for financing and yet again nothing but great things to say about him. He made sure I left there with the best possible financing rate and an affordable payment. Lava motors makes the car buying process a breeze and very streamed lined and efficient. I purchased a truck from Zach in March of 2020. The whole process was easy and without any added sales pressure. When it came time to use the air conditioner, I noticed it was not working properly. Even though the truck was over the warranty, I called Zach and he had me come down to have his mechanic look at it. He took care of the repair for me without any hassles. Purposely waited to review
I purposely waited a week to write a review in case any issues after leaving the lot. We went to Lava Motors 2 with the intent of seeing 1 car. We were greeted warmly by the owner Zach. Patrick B. helped us and after listening to our needs, recommended another car that word better fit our needs. Test drive...we test drive the recommended car and it drive well. We heard a slight sound near the sunroof. Once mentioned to the owner, he had the car brought in back to be checked. It turned out to be a loose part for the netting for the sunroof. Financing...they offered to see if they can beat the financing option our credit union gave us, which was already good. They beat it. They even explained to us how other shady dealerships will only disclose partial info during financing as to line their own pockets. We had recognized this as the tactic of the dealership we dealt with a couple years ago (A Better Way). All I all...we spent a total of 4 hours there from looking at the first car to driving home with a better/safer car for better deal. They were very considerate of the fact that we had our 4 month old son with us as well. Zach, Patrick B. and the gentleman doing the financing were all wonderful. Definitely recommend. Though I purposely waited a week to do the review, it was unnecessary because everything with the car is still top notch.

I purposely waited a week after buying our car from Lava Motors 2 to put up a review because it was our first time buying from them and I wanted to see how the car performed after 1 week. First, phenomenal customer service. We were greeted and helped, but it wasn't too pushy. We went there to look at 1 car and ended up buying a better car because they listened to our needs and budget. Financing...we had a great deal from our credit union which they offered to see if they could beat. They did. They gave us valuable information about how other shady car places may fenagle financing and not disclose the whole truth in order to line their own pockets. We recognized this as a tactic of the car dealership we bought our car from a couple years ago (A Better Way). Test drive...At the test drive of the car we heard a slight rattle sound from something by the sun roof. Once we told the owner, he got it in back and found a slightly loose part of the mechanics of the netting for the sun roof and after they fixed it, we hadn't heard it yet. All in all, the owner, as well as Patrick Baker and their financing assistant were all pleasant, personable, and conscientious of the fact we had our 4 month old son with us. We spent 4 hours there from looking at the car we intended to, all the way to driving off the lot with a much more suitable, safe, and economical car. We will be returning for our next car. Patrick made sure to keep in touch over the week to make sure we were satisfied. These guys are passionate about providing for their clients.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!
My boyfriend and I were looking for a dependable used vehicle. We stopped in to Lava Motors 2 on Rt. 44 in Canton when we saw a vehicle we like while driving by. If you are familiar with that area along Rt. 44 you know that there are many car dealerships selling both new and used vehicles. I have purchased many cars throughout the years both new and used. When we drove into Lava Motors we were immediately greeted by a very friendly and casually dressed young man. It wasn’t your typical car salesman approach. He approached us and started having a friendly conversation not even mentioning anything about purchasing a vehicle. Then he asked us what brought us in today? So we talked about the vehicle we were interested in. He talked to us about the vehicle and grabbed the keys and told us to take it for a ride. We told him we needed to think about things and we would let him know. As we were speaking the owner Zach came out and introduced himself also just engaging in a casual conversation. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision. We ended up returning a week later and decided to purchase a different car. We dealt with Patrick through the entire deal. We didn’t have to be shuffled around to the manager or finance manager. There wasn’t any of that “I will have to talk to my manager first”. Everything was straightforward. Patrick did every from running the credit check ( we got a great finance rate too), ensuring the car was mechanically safe, detailed and completed all the paperwork. The owner Zach helped out when he had a question about something but other than that we worked with Patrick from when we walked in the door until we drove out of the parking lot with our new car. The owner Zach stayed around and talked with us the entire time but let Patrick run the entire deal. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was just very nice to work with one person throughout the entire deal more dealerships should operate this way. I would highly recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Lava Motors! GREAT DEALERSHIP
Looking for my first car seemed to be such a big struggle. 20 years old, and eager to find a good one. After visiting many dealers, I've come to find that all of them want your money and do not care whether or not you are stranded on the road the day after you purchase a car with hidden problems. I spoke with Patrick about finding a car, and he was very willing to help me. They were very transparent about pricing and what had been done to their cars, as far as servicing, throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back here in the future, and referring more people who are looking for a car. Great service, great people and great cars!

Everyone at Lava Motors 2 are truly amazing. I was skeptical going in and ready to be let down. Zac, Jason and Patrick didn’t let me down - such genuine guys who really wanted to help me find my dream car. They weren’t pushy like other dealers. They even knew how skeptical I was of putting a deposit down and Patrick went out of his way to print a Sold sign for the car I was purchasing. These guys were absolutely amazing!!
